Bottle Rinser Filling and Capping Machine

It fills, rinses and caps up to 200–500 bottles per hour on 330 ml and 500 ml glass bottles. Because rinsing, filling and capping happen inside one machine, the practical output is higher than running the same operations as separate manual steps — there is no transfer time between stations and no staging of cleaned bottles.

It is designed for producers who care about hygiene and repeatability as much as output — the built-in rinser cleans every bottle immediately before filling, in the same machine and on the same cycle. It suits breweries and beverage producers moving off manual handling, and anyone packaging into returned or re-used bottles where dust and residue on the container are a real risk to shelf life.

It needs power and compressed air, plus a water supply and drainage because the rinsing stage is internal to the machine — the area around it should therefore be planned as a wet zone with a washable floor. One operator is sufficient, and fewer than running rinse, fill and cap as three separate stations, because the container stays in one machine through all three operations. It removes a manual step and the contamination risk attached to it. On the 4-head machine, bottles arrive at the filler already handled, so any dust or residue goes into the package. Here the bottles are rinsed inside the same unit immediately before filling, which shortens the interval between cleaning and filling to seconds. If you fill new bottles only, that benefit is modest. If you handle returned bottles or work in a dusty environment, it is the reason to choose this model over a plain 4-head unit.
