Labeling Machine

Self-adhesive (pressure-sensitive) labelling applies a pre-printed label directly to the container using a pressure-driven wheel — it is fast, low-cost and well suited to cylindrical bottles and cans. Sleeve labelling wraps a shrink film sleeve around the container and shrinks it in a heat tunnel, giving full-body decoration that survives moisture and suits contoured or irregular shapes. Choose self-adhesive for speed and cost, and sleeve for coverage and shelf presence.

It labels bottles, cans, jars and other cylindrical containers used in beverage, food and chemical production. In practice the machine covers containers from 15 mm to 100 mm in diameter and 20 mm to 150 mm in height, and it applies front, back and neck labels at 60–80 pieces per minute. Round containers are the standard application; format parts and label settings are adjusted per container. Placement is rated at ±1 mm and holds that tolerance across the machine’s 60–80 pieces per minute range, because the soft silicone wheel applies the label under pressure instead of pushing it into position. The labelling wheel is pressure-driven with a soft silicone surface, which holds the label flat against the container and avoids damaging the surface — this matters for containers that carry print or coatings. Consistent placement also depends on stable container positioning, so the infeed and guide settings are part of the accuracy picture, not just the labelling head.

A container change is typically 15–30 minutes for one operator — there is no change-part set to swap, which is what keeps it short. Changeover involves adjusting the guide rails, the labelling head position and the label settings for the new container. Because the machine uses a mechanical pressure-driven labelling wheel rather than a complex change-part set, changeover stays straightforward — but the actual time should be measured on your own container mix rather than assumed.

Yes. The machine handles bottles, cans and jars, so the same unit can serve both your bottle and can packaging. No. The machine uses a pressure-driven labelling wheel with a soft silicone surface, which applies the label without marking or scuffing the container. This is a deliberate design point: it allows labelling of printed, coated or otherwise surface-sensitive containers, which harder mechanical application systems can damage. The structure is 304 stainless steel and aluminium alloy with imported branded electrical components.

No — it can run as a stand-alone machine, or be integrated into a filling line downstream of the filler. Most beverage producers integrate it, because labelling in line avoids a second handling step and a second round of container transfer.
