4.What utilities and operators does it require?

It needs power and compressed air, with a water supply if rinsing is included. One operator is sufficient for either format. Because the machine serves two container types, the format part sets for whichever container is not running have to be stored near it — having that storage arranged is what keeps a format change practical rather than a disruption.
