Keg Washing Filling Integrated Machine

It washes and fills 30–40 kegs per hour, depending on keg size and fill volume. Because washing and filling happen in one machine, the figure is the whole cycle time per keg rather than the sum of two separate machines' rates — the keg does not wait between steps.

It handles keg sizes from 10 L to 50 L, with 60 L available as an optional maximum size. Both the washing head and the filling head take adaptors and format parts, so one machine covers all three sizes. The spear coupling is matched to your keg valve type, and the cleaning cycle is configured per keg size because contact time scales with keg volume.

It is designed for breweries where kegs move from dirty to filled as one continuous operation, and where handling labour makes two separate machines impractical. It suits mid-sized breweries with a steady keg trade and premises where the keg area is tight. If your keg washing and filling happen on different days, two separate machines may suit your workflow better.

It needs both the wet-side services and the gas side in one location: hot water or steam plus water and drainage for washing, and CO₂ for purging and counter-pressure. One operator is sufficient, and because there is no transfer between machines the handling effort per keg is lower than with separate units. Plan the services before installation rather than after. The reason is the interval between washing and filling. On separate machines a cleaned keg is disconnected, moved and staged, and during that interval it can pick up contamination and condensate — which is what the sterilising rinse and CO₂ purge exist to remove. On an integrated machine the keg goes straight from washing into purging and counter-pressure filling inside the same unit, so that interval is removed entirely. It also removes the transfer labour of a second machine.
