It handles 330 ml and 500 ml aluminium cans. Format parts and seamer change parts are changeable. At this capacity changeover time is a production planning item, so confirm your product formats before the change part set is specified. Can end type matters as much as can dimensions, because the seamer is set to the end specification.

It is designed for continuous canning where the filler is not the limiting factor — output is set by can supply on the infeed side and by packed and palletised output on the other. It suits commercial breweries and beverage producers running long shifts on one or two can recipes. If your runs are short and your SKU range wide, the changeover cost will outweigh the capacity gain.

The machine measures It draws the most compressed air in the can range, so confirm your supply can hold the seamer demand at full speed. One operator is sufficient, but because cans arrive on pallets or in sleeves the practical constraint is usually infeed handling rather than the filler — plan a staging arrangement with room for a full pallet, not a single sleeve. Move to a line when the filler and seamer are no longer the constraint — typically when rinsing, drying, coding and labelling are separate manual steps, or when the machine is idle waiting for cans to be brought to it. An automatic canning line integrates rinsing, filling and seaming with conveyor handling and runs 500–10,000 CPH, then passes cans through drying, laser coding and labelling without manual transfers.
