France 6-Head Can Filling Machine

DESIMY recently supplied a 6-Head Can Filling Machine to SAS Benoit Serres in France as part of a comprehensive beverage production project. The project combines brewing, distillation, wine fermentation and beverage packaging equipment, supporting the customer’s production of beer, spirits, wine and other beverages.

Project Overview

The cooperation with SAS Benoit Serres covers a range of production equipment. The main equipment includes a 500L beer brewing unit, 500L distiller and wine fermentation tanks. As the customer also planned to produce and package other beverages, the project was expanded with mixing tanks, a CO₂ mixer, flash pasteurizer and a can filling machine.

For the packaging section, DESIMY supplied a 6-head can filling machine designed for stable filling and sealing of canned beverages. The customer later shared on-site photos showing the equipment in its production environment.

Equipment Introduction

The DESIMY Can Filling Machine uses counter-pressure filling technology. Before filling, the can is pressurized to help maintain a balanced filling condition, making it suitable for beer and other carbonated beverages. After filling, the can moves directly to the seaming section for sealing.

The machine features automatic filling valves, adjustable filling speed and liquid-level control to support stable operation. The integrated filling and seaming process also creates a practical workflow for beverage producers.
