About the Customer

SAS Brasserie la Chapellerie, also known as Micro Brasserie d’Esse, is a craft brewery based in Essé, France. The brewery uses organic spring barley grown at Ferme du Rozay, malted in Feins, and organic hops sourced from Ferme Hysope. Its beers include Blonde, Blanche, Ambrée, IPA and other craft beer styles.

Counter-pressure filling helps reduce carbonation loss during the filling of beer and other carbonated beverages.
